Terms of Service

By accessing Hyria Network, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Rules. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service. We may update these terms periodically; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

All items, ranks, cosmetics, and in-game currency purchased on the Hyria Store are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. Ownership is licensed, not sold, and is bound to your account. Server currency cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or services outside the network.

Due to the instantaneous digital fulfillment of virtual ranks, crate keys, and currency, all sales are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of verified duplicate charges or billing errors. Chargebacks result in an immediate, permanent blacklist across all Hyria services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Sharing accounts, selling, or transferring accounts to third parties is prohibited and may result in termination.

You agree to follow the Server Rules & Conduct at all times. Cheating, exploitation, harassment, or any behavior that disrupts the experience of others is grounds for moderation action, up to and including a permanent ban without refund.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hyria Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or inability to access the network during maintenance windows.
