We collect only the minimum information required to operate the network and deliver your purchases. This includes your Minecraft UUID and in-game name (IGN), transaction references from our payment processors, and a hashed copy of your IP address used for anti-abuse and rate-limiting. We do not collect your real-world identity unless you voluntarily provide it through support channels.

Your data is used to authenticate your account, enforce network rules, prevent cheating, and fulfill digital goods you purchase. Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be used to improve server performance and balance the in-game economy. We never sell personal data to third parties.

Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We share only the transaction details necessary to complete a purchase and prevent fraud. We may disclose information when legally required to comply with a valid subpoena or to protect the safety of our players.

The web store uses session cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain your cart. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser; however, some store features may not function correctly without them.

We retain purchase and moderation records for as long as your account is active and for a limited period thereafter to resolve disputes. All sensitive data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment card numbers are never stored on our servers.

Depending on your region, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact our support team through the official Discord. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
